This is a 2 part CMCA Exam Prep over Zoom.

Part 1- September 14, 9-11 a.m.

Part 2- September 20, 9-11 a.m.

Both sessions will be recorded

This review session will prepare community managers to take the CMCA Exam (3 hours, 120 question multiple choice exam).

This class will review the following:

• Meetings
• Governance and Legal Issues
• Budgets
• Reserves
• Investments and Assessments
• Risk Management & Insurance
• Property Maintenance
• Contracting Human Resources Management
• Test Strategies (including sample exam questions)
• Memory Skills (i.e. acronyms)

This class will be recorded so if you can make it one day, still register so you will receive the recording!
