ATTENTION CAI HEARTLAND MEMBERS!
All members that are interested in the impact of Missouri legislation on community associations and their residents have an opportunity to learn more about pressing issues, as well as educate lawmakers about the issues at hand. The Community Associations Institute (CAI) Missouri Legislation Action Committee (MOLAC) in holding our 3rd CAI Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
CAI Day at the Capitol will give attendees direct access to leading policymakers through Capitol meetings. There is no cost to attend the CAI Day at the Capitol but we do ask you to register.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the Capitol, however, we can try and arrange a carpool if needed. We will have lunch by the Capitol.
The Community Associations Institute's (CAI) Missouri Legislative Action Committee (MOLAC)
Advocates on behalf of the approximately 911,000 Missourians living in 424,000 homes in more than 5,500 community associations throughout Missouri. Community associations include condominium associations, homeowner associations, unincorporated voluntary associations, and summer resort associations. The MO LAC monitors bills that directly affect community associations and work with legislators and our lobbyist to introduce legislation intended to improve the communities in Missouri. Members of MOLAC comprise of homeowners, board members, community managers and business partners that work with community associations daily.
