Mr. Kelly Richardson, CCAL, CAI National Speaker and Past President of CAI Headquarters! Kelly will be presenting on how to get volunteers involved and engaged in your community with a rock and roll theme.

5-7 p.m. Trade Show/Expo Floor opens

We will have over 60 exhibitors that specialize in community associations. Food, drinks and prizes will be raffled off.
